The Engineering Customer Support Service Technical Analyst candidate for the E3 Engineering Sustainment Program will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements and coordinating the development of solutions to ensure product safety, integrity and supportability. Coordinates support services for maintenance, repair and preventive measures that ensure continued safe and economical operations for customers. The incumbent collaborates with engineering disciplines to influence improvements in product designs and operational criteria, reviews manufacturing non-conformity data for potential impact to the in-service fleet, develops in-service correspondence on multi discipline systems for continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment. Candidate should have significant experience leading a team to conduct research on complex technical, maintenance, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by customer. Guide less experienced staff and act as a technical leader. Assist with the development of appropriate statement of work language to meet customer requirements. The incumbent participates in complex accident or disabled product on-site surveys or investigations. The candidate must work under minimal direction.

Aircraft Structure

Analyze & Interpret Engr Data

Typical Education/Experience



Level 3 - Bachelor's and related work experience, a Master's degree and related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 4 - Bachelor's degree and related work experience, a Master's degree and related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
