Position will support the Boeing Mission Systems GEOINT Programs Business Unit. Under general supervision, candidate assembles data from multiple sources and stakeholders to maintain operational battle rhythm. Applies knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations and standard best practices to research and evaluate organizational administrative issues of moderate scope and complexity. Contributes by gathering data from multiple sources to compile reports and presentations of moderate scope and complexity for management reviews and tracking performance to plan. Performs a variety of support services (e.g., Sharepoint web design and maintenance, computing security, communications, policy and procedure review, travel management, staffing logistics, etc.). Under general supervision, supports meetings and reviews to ensure that visibility is provided on appropriate and required information. Supports leadership in determining the purpose and content of each meeting/review, coordinates and compiles briefings and utilizes appropriate technologies to enable global interaction/collaboration. Organizes the logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events. Under general supervision, plans and coordinates facility requirements by interfacing with focal points (e.g., telecommunications, computing, security, facilities) to satisfy the needs of the business (e.g., consolidations, reductions, new business requirements, reorganizations) and employees (e.g., ergonomic, health, safety, virtual office, telecommuting). Under general supervision, participates in the planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and morale (e.g., employee survey analysis and action planning, all-employee meetings, award programs, safety activities, open houses, tours, community events). Under general supervision, maintains and tracks training requirements.

 Analytical Skills
Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources at the work group level.

 Effective Written Comm
General knowledge of different communication materials (e.g., proposals, papers, user guides, reports, articles, promotional materials, brochures, web sites, presentations, speeches). Basic writing ability to assist in preparation of departmental correspondence and documents.

 Information Technology Fluency
General ability in the use of personal computing hardware and software to enter project information, such as, task status, cost estimating, and tracking. General knowledge of processes and tools to maintain, archive, and retrieve digital files. General knowledge of constructing/building reports and presentation materials as needed for assigned projects or in support of higher-level project leads on large projects.

Typical Education/Experience

 

Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Job related information

 

Strong computer literacy required including expert skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint applications.
