The UAS Division Strategic Development manager is responsible for developing best in class strategic insights and business strategies to drive profitable growth for Boeing Military Aircrafts UAS division. Responsibilities include: developing strategic rationale, cultivating merger and acquisition candidates, managing enterprise alliances, and conducting competitive assessments in the Unmanned Systems market space. In addition this function participates in the annual strategic planning process and helps guide the internal and external communication of strategy. Other key responsibilities of this position include managing the development and integration of the UAS Division strategy materials, assessment of market opportunities, capability gaps and technology opportunities; analysis and understanding of market segmentation, adjacencies and competitors; evaluation, assessment and recommendation of strategic initiatives. A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the big picture, and be able to effectively assess options and develop concise, cogent strategic insights. Must be extremely proficient in the creation and preparation of high-quality, zero-defect analyses, briefings and presentations. The candidate should exhibit clear, effective and organized written communications. Experience with financial modeling, spreadsheets and assessment of financial data.
