Coordinates activities to support military, commercial derivative airplane programs product deliverables (C32A/757 & C40/737-BBJ). Maintains accurate inventory control of assets and monitors customer requirements/inquiries. Analyzes data to determine inventory change requirements. Provides assistance with the interpretation of technical documents (e.g. orders, manuals, maintenance manuals, operating procedures, drawings, interactive electronic technical manual) by commuincating with customer's supply and transportation personnel to ensure the intent and disposition of the documentation is understood and followed. Analyzes information and coordinates with others to determine procurement, repair and/or corrective action. Investigates repair, rework or configuration management for optional solutions to support emergent supply chain requirements. Investigates feasibility repair/overhaul, reviews applicability of warranties to allocate costs and coordinates and documents movement of assets and components through the repair cycle. Uses specialized knowledge of customers requirements and aviation trends to enhance fleet operations through support products and services to ensure customer satisfaction. Must have direct experience in logistics, maintenance and technical support to military aviation programs. The successful candidate for this position will have proven experience working in a team environment as well as independently. This position has potential to work multiple shifts, weekends, holidays.
