System Engineer: Network/Telecom/C2 experience to develop system and C2 architectures.Conduct key SE efforts including development of architectural trades and alternatives for complex systems. Performs requirements analysis, functional analysis, requirements allocation, trade studies, design evaluations, and generates system/segment requirements specifications

Basic - Expert knowledge of large scale communication systems ranging in scope from system architecture to detailed product requirements / verification with an emphasis on network communications systems. Expert knowledge of standardized internet network technologies and protocols in heterogeneous mobile ad-hoc environments at network layer (TCP/IP and Mobile Ad-hoc routing protocol), media access layer, physical layer, information assurance, as well as network management to network communication systems.
Preferred - Highly advanced knowledge of large scale communication systems ranging in scope from system architecture to detailed product requirements / verification with an emphasis on network communications systems. Typical Education/Experience



Level 5 - Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's with relevant experience, Master's with relevant experience or PhD with relevant experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Level 6 - Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and relevant experience, Master's with relevant experience or PhD with relevant experience.
