This is an experienced operational licensing position in the United States for a major aerospace company reporting to Global Trade Controls. The candidate will support Global Mobility Systems whose product line includes various military cargo and tanker aircraft utilized by the U.S. and several international governments. The candidate will support the planning, preparation, management, and monitoring of export authorities governed by the International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and other government regulations as appropriate. Additional key responsibilities include: export requirements development, internal stakeholder communication/collaboration, record keeping and file management, training development and delivery, product jurisdiction determination, fact-finding and data analysis to support compliance investigation, and various export administrative functions. Candidates must have demonstrated knowledge of the ITAR and EAR and experience in processing export applications.
