The successful candidate will also be required to develop an effective business strategy to remain cost competitive (and capability competitive) in order to lead integrated product teams (including such disciplines as Engineering, Maintenance &amp; Modification Operations, Quality, Supply Chain Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, etc.) to focus on executing the programme plan with first time quality and satisfying all customer requirements (technical, quality, cost, schedule, etc.).
