For the nose and centre, forward and aft fuselages. For the cabin and Cargo, the task is to:
Ensure Quality and right environment Ensure the right environment availability for all DMU purchasers. (Consistency of the DMU, quality of the visual files conversion, equipments availability and quality,.)Launch all necessary actions to ensure The DMU consistency.Manage the activity and report technically to Airbus. The list of Airbus correspondent will be delivering to the ESP.
WP-020 Release process Ensure the release process activity. Approve or reject in accordance with the criteria of the DMU quality and agreed check lists. All checks have to be done at least in 2 opened days after receipt of the delivery sheet. (refer to the Document “Configured Digital Mock-up and Definition Dossier Check Requirements” as reference list). The error code list has to be used for each reject. This service has to be ensure in SAM phase (maturity A, B, C ) and GRM or virtual attestation. Product Structure management Create the CI LO DS of the complete section and manage the consistency between the PDM and the CAD system (including equipments). The ESP has to synchronize the database one time by week at minimum. Check the consistency with the CAD effectivities computed by the PDM.
Create and Gener-ate ATA zones Create ATA-Zone of the complete section and request the update of the upper level.
Send and receive external data Send and receive the package from Design external offices (Natco’s, Partners, Sub contrac-tors). Ensure the dialogue with them. For new company, ensure by Airbus responsible the au-thorization to send some data.
Trouble detection Launch Clash &amp; clearance detection. The msn list to compute and the frequency has to be requested by the design group leader. Analyse of the trouble Analyse the result of the clash &amp; clearance detection. Report properly the relevant troubles inside the Trouble database. 
Trouble follow up Follow the troubles until the closure of it in the DMU. Address to the Airbus responsible in case of blocking issue. 
DMU Reviews Organize, prepare and animates meeting around the DMU topics, ( DMU reviews, Natcos re-views, manufacturing reviews, E-ZSA reviews, VIP reviews … ) The Engl*sh is often the pre-ferred language in these reviews.
Airbus environments
Ensure the update of the competencies to the new Airbus new development and environments.
Generation of DMU Request the new DMU (msn or specific) to prepare the computation.
Follow DMU matur-ity Ensure the completeness of DMU and identify the % of passage in Mat A , B or C and GRM completeness status. Complete and follow the backlog.
DMU inspection All Along the life of the DMU, a visual check has to be done to detect earlier the possible trouble ( bad conversion, part out of DMU , continuity of the routing 
Deliver Kpi Deliver KPIs as described at the chapter reporting. This report has to countains the monthly activity report.
