Duties and Responsibilities:
•Provide problem solving improvement recommendations in areas such as processes, process control, maintenance techniques, tools and STDs.
•Conduct formal studies of direct / indirect labor to establish system and determinations of time utilized. 
•Identify areas for improvement and recommendations.
•Establish and monitor maintenance performance metrics as a guide to areas needing most improvement. 
•Create and/or modify all necessary documentation.
•Assess, recommend, facilitate and implement process improvement in all aircraft maintenance programs to increase efficiencies and reduce operating costs.
•Discuss with management and employee team all identified areas for improvement and recommendations.
•Audit the documentation process to ensure documentation is easy to use, is flexible and effective.
•Provide training and impart knowledge to all team members of appropriate techniques and technical requirements.
•Perform any other related functions as required by management to ensure effective and efficient completion of the work.
Experience and Qualifications:
•BS Degree in (Industrial or Mechanical) Engineering discipline, or a combination of associates degree and equivalent relevant work experience.
•Certified SSBB (Six Sigma Black Belt).
•7 years relevant professional level experience in the required area of expertise. 
•Or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
•Assembly, Continuous Improvement, Ergonomics, Line Balance, Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, with experience in Time Studies and Cost Reductions. 
•Excellent interpersonal skills, being self motivated and goal oriented with the ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually. 
•Ability to handle multiple projects, demonstrating high levels of energy. 
•Ability to present facts and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. 
•Experienced in developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work requirements. 
•Ability to obtain, verify and process information and data from relevant sources. 
•Computer literacy. 
•Knowledge of mathematics and statistics and their applications. 
•Excellent in Eng. Language writing, reading and speaking.

The Warehouse Supervisor reports to the Warehouse/Site Manger and has the overall responsibility for leading, managing, and directing the day-to-day warehouse operations in the areas of Logistics, Distribution, Inventory Control, Materials Management, (Site) Human Resources, Facility/Equipment maintenance, (Internal) Quality Assurance, Sanitation, Safety, and Security, and compliance with all KSA, RSAF, USAF, DOD, and RGTS regulations, policies, and contractual obligations. The primary mission of the Warehouse Supervisor is, first and foremost, to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of RSAF orders. This position requires one who is able to execute in a fast-paced, high-intensity, challenging environment and who is not afraid to get their hands dirty in order to get the job done. This person is also well organized, possesses excellent analytical skills, effectively prioritizes competing tasks, and is able to meet strict dead-lines within limited time-frames. As a manager, a leader, and a representative of RGTS, the Warehouse Supervisor is expected to possess exceptional work ethics and principles that help to serve as an example to others.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for establishing and implementing an effective inventory management program including (but not limited to) Shelf-Life control, HAZMAT, material management, stock rotation, and other processes and procedures that result in more accurate and continuously improved inventory control methodology
•Supervise, manage, and train warehouse staff as well as taking disciplinary action when required
•Manage shipping, receiving, transportation, and delivery
•Maintain an effective Cycle Count Program
•Forecast and strategic planning of inventory management methods, warehouse design layout, capacity planning, distribution strategy, resource utilization, risk management, etc. balancing productivity, quality, and cost.
•Timely updates and management of all systems data and documentation including proper and accurate records maintenance
•Effective management and motivation of warehouse personnel to maximize performance and resource utilization
•Conduct employee performance reviews
•Ensure compliance with officially established RGTS/USAF/RSAF/DOD policy, procedures, and contractual obligations
•Ensure that all the proper documentation (such as COC, TO, etc.) is received for inbound products and maintained on file
•Timely processing of all returns, defective/expired materials, RMA, loss and damage, and ROIDs
•Establish and maintain security and safety policy for the warehouse, inventory, property, equipment, and personnel
•Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the facility
•Ensure that all warehouse equipment are in safe and working condition
•Effectively communicate and coordinate with RSAF and USAF personnel, intra-departments, subcontractors, and participate in meetings as required
•Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery
•Other duties as required
