design and integration as well as all applicable Airbus processes associated with these activities.
The candidate is accountable for ensuring that the programs are supported to the required level of skill capability of people and
number of Landing Engineers to meet the program deliverables. In parallel the required skill levels for specific roles have to be
established and candidates identified and developed to achieve their potential.
Tasks
¤ Interfacing with the various Engineering Program Managers to agree resource requirements and organisational structure
