The International Sales &amp; Marketing Manager is responsible for providing our client’s Customers and prospective Customers within the designated territory with
information regarding all of our client’s products and services, by performing
the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties are essential to the successful and satisfactory performance of this job. Other duties may be
assigned.
Teamwork Activities:
Internal:
• Communicate with Centre Managers and/or Customer Support Managers regarding
Customer scheduling, to maintain Customer satisfaction.
External:
• Provide specific information related to services and product enhancements to
Customers within designated territory.
• Contact prospective Customers within designated territory to introduce our client’s products and their potential benefits to the Customer.
• Contact Customers to maintain awareness of their needs, desires and level of
satisfaction.
• Follow up and follow through on all Customers’ requests until closure is achieved.
Documentation/Reports Activities:
• Prepare and submit weekly contact reports to Director, Worldwide Maintenance Sales.
• Maintain a database of information regarding the worldwide fleet of aircraft, owners and operators for the designated territory.
• Attend Meetings, Seminars, and Conventions, as assigned.
• Complete training agreements (Sales Contracts) and file with Worldwide Sales office.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Maintain our client's commitment to Customer satisfaction while performing job duties.
• Accountable for the security of our client’s materials, projects and business information regarding the methods and techniques used in the production and
usage of our client’s products.
• Participate in the Quality Management System (QMS) activities at assigned site and
adhere to the processes related to accomplishing the site's QMS goals.
• Support our client's, and its subsidiaries', commitment to ethical behaviour by basing our priorities on lawful and ethical conduct as we deal with co-workers, Customers, vendors and others in all of our operations. (See Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002)
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prioritize work on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Attend, facilitate and/or research training to increase skills applicable to job
position and workplace issues.
• Travel, as required, to implement sales and retention strategies. Position requires
50% travel within assigned territory.
EXTERNAL - Customers, vendors and general public
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: (Minimum Requirements)
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred; or five
(5) years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience; equivalency years experience substitution must be in related field.
Degree in Marketing, Business or Aviation Management preferred, but not required.
Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in Aviation-related sales
Minimum Language Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, and converse in Arabic &amp; English and it would be preferable if you had knowledge of one other Eastern European language
NOTE: Must be willing to work from Paris Marketing Office, or United Kingdom
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES OR REGISTRATIONS:
Valid Driver’s License, where applicable.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of management principles and their applications
• Able to work effectively with national regulatory authorities to gain course
approval
• Aviation terminology, desired
• Must understand and work with the cultural differences of the assigned territory
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Corporate: - SAP, or General knowledge of working with a large-scale business accounting system similar to SAP
o ORION, Logbook, SalesLogix (if possible)
General knowledge of the following software: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
and MS Outlook.
Database - MS Access, preferred
Other software programs may be required, as needed

The Position: 
They are looking for a UK / USA Sales &amp; Operations Senior Manager to join their experienced and motivated team. 
The UK / USA Sales &amp; Operations Senior Manager will be responsible for generating new business revenue from both High Net Worth Individuals and Corporate Organisations across a range of industry sectors including Finance, Energy and Property in the UK &amp; USA regions. You will liaise with the marketing team to organize sale campaigns and work towards acquiring new clients by employing various marketing &amp; sales methods. 
You will manage and grow 150 UK / USA accounts to reach turnover of £3m for this region in 2010. 
The ideal candidate will have experience and competency in the following areas: 
• Minimum 10 years management, sales or operations experience 
• Excellent communication skills and experience in managing a sales and operations team 
• A strong understanding and experience of the private aviation industry, and the ability to develop the UK / USA region for our client 
• Background in selling products and/or services in the $50,000+ range - or selling to high net worth individuals 
• Can demonstrate success in building and maintaining an established client base in the private aviation or similar industry, with 50+ accounts from £10k to £300k 
• Highly motivated and well organised 
• Professional attitude and demeanor 
• Excellent problem solving skills for operations 
• Strong contacts with either HNWI or Corporations 
• Foreign language skills are a plus but not a necessity 
Responsibilities will include: 
• Developing and managing a targeted Sales &amp; Marketing Strategy to develop the UK/USA region for our client 
• Managing 150 existing UK/USA accounts, and developing existing client relationships 
• Micro-managing top 25 UK/USA accounts to generate increased business revenues 
• Generating new business and acquiring new clients for the region, including active sales, client liaison and networking activities

Job Purpose: 
To lead all commercial marketing and product management activity including through the line marketing communications, PR, loyalty, CRM, product and guest experience management within agreed budgets. 
Principal Responsibilities: 
Act as strategic brand guardian for our client ensuring the brand proposition and values are understood internally and executed externally through the entire marketing mix 
Develop and manage an integrated marketing plan and calendar of activity to support the development of the brand and delivery of the commercial sales revenue plan network wide 
Ensure our client understands the needs of its current and future customers and develops a strong relationship with its guests through effective communication and customer loyalty programs 
Direct and deliver advertising and media strategy from strategy to creative concept and execution network wide 
Identify and deliver ongoing tactical marketing and PR activity in support of driving sales and reacting as required to competitor and market activity 
Oversee the evolution of our client's corporate image and look including changes to airline logo, livery, slogans and physical appearance 
Develop and deliver all below the line collateral for trade and corporate sales, product marketing and guests needs (e.g. brochures, FFP hand book, ticket wallets, bag tags, etc.)

Education, capabilities, skills &amp; expertise: 
Candidate will hold a Degree in any domain and ideally an MBA from well-respected academic institutions 
A minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience in commercial marketing with at least five years at SVP level at a major carrier or EVP at a smaller or independent carrier 
Experience in leading customer focused marketing and product organisations with a strong track record of supporting profitable revenue growth and customer experience excellence in the major roles he or she has held. 
Experience in successfully creating and communicating a meaningful brand identity 
Experience in strategic brand development in tandem with tactical sales activity across the marketing and communications mix including advertising, below the line, PR, events, online 
Exposed to e-commerce, online and digital marketing in the airline sector 
Experience in the design, development, specification and management ofthe end to end customer experience from check-in to arrival and familiar with on board product including catering, in-flight entertainment and provision of amenities 
Ideally having had some exposure to the Middle East/Gulf marketplace and its nuances. Experience working in different cultural environments. Has the professional and personal credibility to manage multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams 
Experience working in smaller, more hands-on environment that is resource constrained.
