Incumbent is responsible for managing the Boeing Government Operations and International Ethics Program and a team of advisors located in the Washington, D.C. (Roslyn, VA) office and elsewhere in the United States and at international sites. Ethics advisors handle sensitive inquiries, cases and investigations both internationally and within the U.S. Additionally, the position includes input on the design, implementation and support for major projects including: annual training, gift and gratuity compliance and data privacy/whistleblower initiatives. Working closely with the Law Department, requires analysis of requirements in each country of operation and with regulatory/oversight agencies.
