Desire experience with Cost, Schedule, Planning, and Recording (CSPR), Cobra/Open Plan Professional (OPP). Typical Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master Business Administration (MBA) preferred. The successful candidate must currently possess or be able to favorably pass a background investigation, with approval from Customs &amp; Border Protection (CBP), Security Programs Division.
