Supports development and maintenance of processes to manage change activities to meet business and regulatory requirements. Assists with development and maintenance of change incorporation plans by coordinating with stakeholders to identify relevant tasks and constraints and obtain commitments from external Partners/suppliers. Participates in review of proposed changes to the baseline. Analyzes engineering changes of limited complexity for completeness and accuracy to determine impact on applicable baselines. Assists with development and posting of product and process metrics to provide visibility to management. Works under general supervision.

Practices and processes include: acquisition, movement, physical inventory, maintenance, utilisation and consumption, disposition and contract closeout. Maintenance processes; subcontractor control; customer control records and reporting. 
Ensures compliance with UK Government Defence standard 05-99 and maintains strong relationships with the UK MoD Asset Accounting Centre and the Royal Air Force (RAF). Reviews and analyses system metrics to identify areas for accuracy and compliance to established procedures and guidelines. Provides guidance to the team and consults with management on property management tools, processes and procedures. Interacts with contracting organisations, customers and industry on complex issues and provides expertise to manage capital equipment (property) information systems across the company. Develops plans and processes to address any gaps between standard company processes and UK MoD requirements flowed down via contractual commitments.

Requirements:

Excellent understanding of, and hands-on experience with, Government Property Records systems (both databases and documentation records). 
Experience with implementing effective Government Property systems throughout a company that are imbedded in multiple functional areas within the business. 
First class communication skills (verbal and written) to represent the company professionally to both internal and external customers as well as for developing procedures, tutorials, presentations and training material.
