    <P>Eclipse Aviation has selected Albany International airport in New York as the site for the third of its seven factory service centres for the Eclipse 500 very light jet, after Albuquerque, New Mexico and Gainesville, Florida. The state has provided $1.6 million in grants to build the facility, with construction to be completed next year.</P>

    <body lang=EN-US style='tab-interval:.5in'> <div class=Section1> <p class=MsoNormal>Southwest Airlines has appointed two new station managers to head up its Albany and Reno operations.</p> <p class=MsoNormal>Denis Carvill , who joined Southwest in 1991 as a customer service agent, will become station manager at Albany International Airport in New York.</p> <p class=MsoNormal>Rene Perez, who has been with Southwest for 22 years, will become station manager at Reno/Tahoe International Airport in Nevada.</p> <p class=MsoNormal>Perez states one of his aims as continuing to improve on-time performance at Reno. Southwest, which saw a decline in its on-time performance last year, has implemented a number of initiatives this year to get back on track.
