    <P>Belgian cargo start-up <A href="http://www.cargob.com/press.asp#37" target=_blank>Cargo&nbsp;B&nbsp;Airlines will take delivery of its first Boeing 747</A> in late August.</P> <P><A href="http://www.cargob.com/fleet.html" target=_blank>Cargo&nbsp;B Airlines</A>, led by former SN Brussels Airlines chairman Rob Kuijpers, is slated to begin operations this October.
