    <P>The Royal Air Force aerobatic team, the Red Arrows, today flew a display with the largest civil aircraft in the world, the Airbus A380 moments ago at the Farnborough air show. <BR><BR>The Flight team of journalists, winding down after a week of press conferences, were on hand to capture these exclusive photographs of the historic event (below).     <P align=left>Russia’s <A href="http://www.roe.ru/roe_eng/en_news/roe_en_news.html">Rosoboronexport&nbsp;arms agency</A> expects to close 2007 having secured record orders worth a combined $7 billion, says Mikhail Petukhov, deputy director of the federal service of military-technical cooperation, predicting a major increase over last year’s $5.3 billion total.</P> <P align=left></P> <P align=left>Speaking at the <A href="http://www.dubaiairshow.org/airshow07/site/home/index.php">Dubai&nbsp;air show</A> on 11 November, Rosoboronexport’s special projects director general Mikhail Zavaly declined to confirm widespread reports which claim that Moscow has brokered a major helicopter order with the Saudi armed forces.   • Taiwan to relax rules on owning business aircraft

    <p>Charter market expected to take off as regulations free airspace for private owners</p> <p>Taiwan is preparing to ease at the end of this year regulations restricting business aircraft operations, prompting two local helicopter operators to plan the acquisition of fixed-wing aircraft.</p> <p>Taiwan's Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) late last year drafted new regulations authorising private ownership of aircraft and the establishment of business aircraft charter operations. Taiwan's small general aviation community expects the new regulations, which are now being reviewed by the CAA's legal department and need to be approved by the legislature, to be implemented by early 2006.</p> <p>The CAA refuses to register private aircraft, forcing local corporations to register and base their aircraft overseas.
