    <P><BR>A Cessna 560 Citation went off the end of the runway at McClellan-Palomar airport in Carlsbad, California on 24 January, hit a structure and burst into flames, killing all four people on board. The business jet, registered to Goship Air, was landing after a flight from Idaho.</P>
