    <body lang=EN-GB style='tab-interval:36.0pt'> <div class=Section1> <p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>Mexico has set out plans to hold an international tender early next year covering the design of a master plan for the new international airport of Mexico City at Texcoco. </p> <p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>It comes as the Mexican body which manages the country’s airport system, ASA, has also unveiled plans to upgrade regional airports that remain under its control.</p> <p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>Mexico’s Government recently selected Texcoco, located 18km from the city centre, as the site for Mexico City’s new airport.</p> <p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>Sub-secretary of communications and transport, Aaron Dychter, says his department will establish a dedicated task force to a
