AgustaWestland AW139

Originally developed as a joint venture with Bell under the designation of AB139, but in November 2005 Bell withdrew leaving the Anglo-Italian manufacturer to market the aircraft alone. AW139 first flew in February 2001 was certified in Italy in June 2003 anf FAA certification was awarded in December 2004.
