Air Ivoire
Air Ivoire is the national carrier and serves the local Cote D’Ivoire market with scheduled services to Accra, Bamako, Conakry, Freetown, Monrovia and Ouagadougou and domestic services to Bouake, Korhogo, Man, and Odienne.
Sodetraf, UTA and Air Afrique held an interest in the airline until January 1976, when the Government of the Ivory Coast acquired all the shares. Initially known as Air Ivoire, the airline suspended operations in September 1999, but was then reformed under the name of Nouvelle Air Ivoire. The airline has since reverted to the original title.
