    <P>A <A href="http://www.bombardier.com/index.jsp?id=3_0&amp;lang=en&amp;file=/en/3_0/3_2/3_2_3/3_2_3.jsp">Bombardier&nbsp;Challenger</A> 604 business jet has crashed while taking off from Almaty in Kazakhstan, according to local reports, killing the single passenger and injuring the three crewmembers.</P> <P>The privately owned German aircraft was en route from Hannover to Hong Kong and landed at Almaty for refuelling.     <P><A href="https://www.hawkerbeechcraft.com/" target=_blank>Hawker&nbsp;Beechcraft </A>announced a massive order for <A href="http://www.raytheonaircraft.com/hawker/aircraft/hawker_4000/" target=_blank>32&nbsp;Hawker 4000 aircraft</A> to <A href="http://www.netjetseurope.com/index.php" target=_blank>NetJets</A>’ global fractional fleet in Europe earlier this afternoon. This is the first sale of the former Hawker Horizon in Europe.</P> <P><BR>The Hawker 4000 will be NetJets Europe’s entry-level stand-up cabin aircraft with a flight attendant. Swiss business aviation services company Jet Aviation was the first to open its 6,200m<SUP>2</SUP> (66,700ft<SUP>2</SUP>) fixed-base operation, workshop and maintenance hangar on the Dubai Airport Free Zone 18 months ago. Six months later it was joined by Swiss rival ExecuJet which, along with its partner Bombardier, has moved into a similarly sized facility nearby.
