Siva Govindasamy is Flight’s Deputy Asia Editor and based in the Asia Pacific bureau at Singapore.

He focuses primarily on the region’s military, general and business aviation markets, and closely watches new civil aircraft programmes like the Mitsubishi MRJ regional jet and proposed Indian regional jet. He is especially keen in understanding the socio-political and economic issues that affect the aerospace industry in the region.

Siva, a Singaporean, has worked with Flight since 2006. He is a political science graduate.
