Airbus has flown its second flight-test A350 to Bolivia in order to conduct high-altitude testing at the country’s main airports.
The aircraft, MSN3, departed Toulouse shortly after 08:00 on 7 January to make the transatlantic crossing to Cochabamba.
Cochabamba is situated at an elevation of some 2,550m (8,360ft).
MSN3 arrived at the airport after a flight lasting around 13h.
Airbus says the aircraft is also due to perform tests at the Bolivian capital, La Paz, the elevation of which is even higher, at more than 4,000m.
