Airbus has received the aft fuselage for the first A350 at its final assembly line at Toulouse.

The fuselage section is for the static test airframe and follows delivery of the forward and central sections, the joining of which began earlier this month.

Airbus's Hamburg centre assembles the 20m (66ft) from sections 16-18 - produced by Airbus's Stade plant and the Premium Aerotec facility in Germany - as well as the Spanish-built rear fuselage barrel, section 19, manufactured at Getafe.
