Aeroflot-Russian Airlines' Rb 5 billion ($166 million) bonds started to trade on the Moscow stock exchange at the end of last week.
The three-year domestic bonds priced at 8.47%.
A total of five million bonds were issued with the face value of 1,000 rubles each, the national carrier says in a filing. The proceeds will be used for refinancing purposes.
Sberbank CIB is the manager of the bond issuance.
