Aerolineas Argentinas will operate non-stop between Buenos Aires and Sydney from 2 July.

The state-owned carrier previously operated one-stop service between the two cities, but said earlier this year it would convert the flight to a non-stop service to attract more passengers.

Aerolineas will operate Airbus A340 aircraft, configured with 249 seats, on the route. Currently, no airline operates non-stop between Buenos Aires and Sydney, schedules in Innovata show.
