SkyTeam carrier Aerolineas Argentinas has announced the launch of a new route connecting its Buenos Aires hub with Belo Horizonte in Brazil.
The daily flight will start on 1 June and will be operated as red-eye flight in both directions. Aerolineas' regional subsidiary Austral will operate the flight with Embraer 190 aircraft.
Belo Horizonte will be Aerolineas' fourth destination in Brazil, in addition to existing connections to Sao Paulo Guarulhos, Rio de Janeiro Galeao and Porto Alegre. The airline has also confirmed that it plans to start operating to Brazil's capital Brasilia later this year.
