Calyon, SMBC and a German KG fund, arranged by DCM Deutsche Capital Management, closed on 11 May debt facilities totalling $91 million for the KG financing of one Boeing 777F.

Deucalion Capital VII Limited, advised by DVB Bank, acquired the B777F and sold it to DCM.

The aircraft was delivered new from Boeing and is on lease for 10 years to AeroLogic, a joint venture between DHL and Lufthansa Cargo. This is the first delivery of eight Boeing B777F's ordered by Deucalion Capital VII Limited.

Calyon and SMBC are joint debt arrangers. Calyon is the agent and security trustee.
