Royal Air Maroc has selected Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance to provide component support for its fleet of Boeing 737NG aircraft.

In addition, Aerotechnic Industries - a Casablanca-based 50:50 joint venture between Air France Industries and Royal Air Maroc - has expanded the scope of its operations to include 737NG airframe overhaul capabilities spanning A- to D-checks. The maintenance provider already offers equivalent services on Airbus A320 narrowbody aircraft from its three-bay facility at Mohammed V airport. With a 170-strong aircraft, Aerotechnic Industries counts among its clients Air Ivoire, Air Arabia Morocco, Mitsubishi Corporation Aviation Partners, Senegal Airlines, Vladivostok Air and Libyan Airlines, as well as Air France and Royal Air Maroc.

Flightglobal's Ascend Online Fleets database lists 36 737NG narrowbodies in the Moroccan flag carrier's fleet.
