Latvian carrier Air Baltic will increase the frequency of flights between Riga and Amsterdam, starting 25 March.

The carrier will operate 12 weekly flights, up from seven weekly last summer.

Air Baltic's chief executive, Martin Gauss, said: "The Benelux region is an important market for Air Baltic. By increasing flight frequencies to Amsterdam and Brussels, Air Baltic will improve its service to both local passengers, and those travelling in transit via Riga."

"The double daily service on the weekdays also enables our passengers to make single day trips to/from Brussels and Amsterdam."

In addition, the carrier will boost flight frequency of the Riga-Brussels route from seven to 12 times weekly.
