German low-cost carrier Air Berlin is considering an initial public offering, with the aim of raising between €600 million ($730 million) and €700 million. The carrier, Europe’s third force in the low-cost sector behind easyJet and Ryanair, has hired Commerzbank and Morgan Stanley as advisers.
