Air Berlin sees October load factor rise

Capacity cut by 6.6% in October combined with a 5% year-on-year fall in passenger numbers drove load factor higher by 1.3 percentage points to 81% at German carrier Air Berlin.

Year-to-date, Air Berlin's load factor has grown by 1.4 percentage points to 80.14%.

Passenger numbers for the first 10 months of the year decreased by 5.1% to 29.4 million on capacity reduced by 6.8%.
