Air China Cargo started operating two freighter services in March.

The airline launched a Shanghai-Zhengzhou-Amsterdam route on 13 March, while the Shanghai-Chongqing-Frankfurt route started on 19 March.

Air China Cargo operates weekly services on both routes using Boeing 747-400F aircraft.

Innovata schedules show that China Southern Airlines and China Cargo Airlines operate nonstop cargo flights between Shanghai Pudong and Amsterdam Schiphol airports, while Air China Cargo competes with China Southern Airlines on the Shanghai-Frankfurt route.
