Air China launched five new domestic services on 28 October.
It now operates four times weekly services on the Beijing-Zunyi and Hangzhou-Nanning routes, and daily services on the Hangzhou-Wuhan-Lanzhou, Shanghai-Chengdu-Xichang and Tianjin-Yuncheng-Kunming routes.
China's flag carrier, however, did not specify the types of aircraft used on the five routes.
Innovata Schedules show that Air China competes with carriers such as China Southern Airlines on the Hangzhou-Nanning and Hangzhou-Wuhan-Lanzhou routes. It also competes with Sichuan Airlines on the Shanghai Pudong-Chengdu-Xichang route.
