Air France-KLM boosted passenger traffic and load factor in June, although its cargo business continues to suffer.
Having grown capacity 1.3% from June 2012, the group increased revenue passenger-kilometres 2.5%. As a result, load factor climbed one percentage point to 85.2%.
The SkyTeam airline carried seven million passengers last month - a rise of 1.6%.
In its African and Middle Eastern network, traffic and capacity grew 3.1% and 3% respectively. Asian traffic was up 3.1% on a 4.8% increase in capacity.
In the Americas, passenger traffic rose 2.4% and capacity 1.9%. On European routes, traffic kinked up 0.9% despite a 3.8% decrease in capacity.
In the carrier's cargo business, there was a 6.3% fall in revenue tonne-kilometres. Capacity declined 4.3%, and load factor was down 1.3 percentage points at 62.4%.
