Air New Zealand to offer up to $150m worth of bonds

Air New Zealand is considering to offer up to $150 million worth of bonds which could be used for the general operating purposes of the Air New Zealand Group.

The company is likely to offer the bonds on 5 September.

The bonds will mature on 15 November 2016, but the interest rate has not been determined.

Air New Zealand said that it is in discussions with First NZ Capital Securities and Craigs Investment Partners about the interest rate.
