Air Uganda to start Bujumbura flights

Air Uganda is to launch thrice-weekly flights to the Burinda capital Bujumbura from the end of the month.

The airline will begin the new service from the Ugandan capital Entebbe to Bujumbura on 31 October. According to Innovata there are currently no other scheduled operators on the route.

Air Uganda currently operates flights using a pair of Bombardier CJR200s and Boeing MD-87s, serving Nairobi, Juba, Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar, Mombasa and Kigali.
