Malaysian long-haul, low-cost carrier AirAsia X will increase the frequency of its Kuala Lumpur-Kathmandu service from three to four times weekly, starting 15 April.

It will use Airbus A330-300 aircraft on the additional service.

Innovata schedules show that AirAsia X competes with Malaysia Airlines and Nepal Airlines on the route.
