With a month to run in 2010, Airbus is 24 airframes ahead on deliveries compared with last year.
It had delivered 461 aircraft by the end of November.
These included two A380s last month, both for Middle Eastern carrier Emirates, taking total deliveries of the type this year to 17.
Airbus secured orders for 19 aircraft in November including five A320s for Iberia, six A330s for Hawaiian Airlines, and eight A330s and A321s for TransAsia Airways.
The agreements take total gross orders for this year to 440 aircraft. These include 264 single-aisle aircraft, 144 long-haul jets and 32 A380s.
By the end of November the airframer had recorded 388 net orders.
Airbus has been aiming to obtain orders for 500 aircraft this year and deliver 500 as well.
