Credit Agricole CIB and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) have closed a $185 million loan facility for operating lessor Aircastle.
The 11-year term is secured by one Airbus A330-200 leased to Virgin Australia and one Boeing 777-300ER leased to Thai Airways.
Credit Agricole CIB and the CBA acted jointly as the facility’s mandated lead arrangers and co-lenders. The French bank acted as sole underwriter and administrative agent in the transaction.
Flightglobal’s Ascend online database shows the 777-300ER (MSN 41521) was manufactured in 2012 and acquired by Aircastle last year from BOC Aviation.
The A330-200 (MSN 1407) is a 2013-vintage aircraft acquired last year from CIT Aerospace.
