Airstream International Group has been appointed by the receivers of Swedish defunt carriers City Airlines and Skyways to sell two Embraer regional jet aircraft, a package of spares and one spare engine.

Both regional airlines ceased operations last year and the aircraft have subsequently been stored at London Stansted Airport pending sale.

The aircraft are respectively a 2000-vintage ERJ-145LR (MSN 145286) equipped with AE3007-A1 engines, and a 1999-vintage ERJ-135ER (MSN 145210) with AE3007-A1/3 engines, with the associated spare parts package and spare engine. Both aircraft are EASA compliant.

Airstream has a long track record with City and Skyways having leased and sold a number of ERJs and engines to both airlines.
