Alaska Air Group has reported a 4.7% rise in traffic in March.

The group's capacity rose 2.9%, while load factor increased 1.4 percentage points to 87.9%.

Consolidated results include flights operated by Alaska and those under capacity purchase agreements, including Horizon, SkyWest and PenAir.

Alaska Airlines reported a 4.7% increase in traffic year-over-year in March.

The airline's capacity grew 3% in March, while load factor increased 1.4 percentage points to 88.8%.

Horizon Air's traffic declined 15.2%, while capacity fell 14.3% in March.

The airline's load factor fell 0.8 percentage point to 78.3%.
