Operating lessor ALC has placed one Boeing 737-800 aircraft on long-term lease to Chinese carrier Okay Airways.
The aircraft is scheduled for delivery to the airline in June 2015, ALC says.
Flightglobal’s Ascend Online Fleets database shows that Okay Airways operates 10 Xian MA60 turboprops, 11 737-800s and one 737-300SF. It has three MA60s and six 737NGs on order.
Ascend also shows that ALC has leasing arrangements with major Chinese carriers such as Air China, China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines and Hainan Airlines. This covers Airbus and Boeing narrowbodies and four Airbus A330 widebodies.
