Alitalia Group administrators are offering for sale a range of inventory, including two Rolls-Royce AE 3007 engines.
The material was part of the former mainline carrier, regional branch Alitalia Express, low-cost subsidiary Volare and maintenance arm Alitalia Servizi.
It comprises rotable and expendable parts for Boeing 747-200, 767, McDonnell Douglas DC-9, DC-10, MD-11 and MD-83 aircraft, as well as two AE 3007 engines for Embraer ERJ-145 regional jets.
The two powerplants will be offered for a minimum price of $500,000 and $450,000. Offers have to be submitted by 21 May 2012.
Last year, UK-based spares stockist Saywell International bought a range of material for ATR turboprops, including engines, auxiliary power units, spares, tooling and other equipment.
