Allegiant plans Asheville-Orlando service

Allegiant Air plans to launch a new service between Asheville in North Carolina and Orlando in Florida from 18 November.

It will operate on the route twice weekly, using Boeing MD80 aircraft.

"We're pleased to bring an affordable and convenient travel option to Asheville," said Allegiant's president Andrew C. Levy.

Currently, no airline operates between Asheville and Orlando, schedules in Innovata show.
