Apollo Aviation Management has further expanded its portfolio with the purchase of two 2000-built Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

Aircraft Leasing & Management (ALM) arranged the sale of the two aircraft to SASOF II Aviation Ireland, a fund managed by Apollo Aviation Management.

The first aircraft (MSN 28323) was sold from Japanese entity GL Mercury Leasing.

The second aircraft (30194) was sold from FL Clean Leasing, another Japanese entity.

Both aircraft were previously operated by German Sky Airlines.

ALM acted for the managers of the aircraft, FGL Aircraft Ireland (FGLAI) in relation to the sale transaction. The aircraft were delivered to SASOF II Aviation Ireland on 18 March and 22 March, respectively.

ALM also acted as technical advisor in respect of the lease management of the aircraft and project manager for the delivery to the buyer.
