The US bankruptcy court approved a sale and leaseback of two Boeing 737-800s between American Airlines and Avolon Aerospace today.

The aircraft (MSNs 33323 and 33233) will be delivered this October and in January 2014 to Fort Worth-based American, according to court documents.

Wells Fargo is trustee for the deal.

American and Avolon have an existing sale and leaseback for five 737-800s that was approved by the court in October 2012.
