All Nippon Airways will use proceeds of Japanese yen (Y) 13.66 billion ($172.6 million) from a second offering to fund its Boeing 787s deliveries and other capital expenditures.
The carrier issued new shares at Y176.32 a share via a third-party allotment.
ANA announced plans last month to raise up to Y175.1 billion from the sale of 914 million of common shares - 784 million shares for the Japanese market and 130 million shares for the international market.
The new shares volume is smaller it than initially planned, as ANA anticipated the sale of a maximum of 86 million additional shares via its third-party allotment. The new shares were also priced 4% lower than the set price of the public offering.
The subscription period for the third-party allotment ends today.
