Antonov has touted its An-148 and An-158 regional jets to Vietnamese operators while proposing to modernise An-26s used in the country.
The offer came during a formal visit to Vietnam by the Ukrainian prime minister.
Vietnam Airlines was among the participants in the event.
Antonov says the regional jet family are capable of performing specific work for the Vietnamese government and various ministries.
The Ukrainian design bureau also offered to update 20 An-26s which, it says, have been used for over 30 years.
It says the work proposed would be similar to that carried out on An-32s in India, adding that this would be a "much more efficient solution" than the purchase of similar aircraft.
